Apprenticeships Available at BEW through the EDA Apprenticeship Scheme
There are fantastic Apprenticeship opportunities throughout the BEW branch network.
We are looking for individuals who want to progress in the company by learning the first steps in our business from warehouse operation and stock control to our products and services.
With a wide variety of apprenticeship positions and locations available, there is an opportunity to learn all aspects of:
- Warehouse and stock control
- Trade Counter sales
- Customer service
Apprentices work in small teams and will be given full training. Responsibilities are likely to include some of the following:
- Managing stock in and out as well as branch transfers, stock control and completing the paperwork associated with a busy warehouse
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Process customer purchases/orders
- Adhering to all Health and Safety within the branch
- Liaising with other departments
- General portage duties including moving boxes and general house-keeping to maintain a clean and tidy workplace.
