Delivery Levels

We aim to deliver all orders within 1/2 workng days dependant on stock availability. We will inform you of any goods that are out of stock by e-mail as soon as possible.

For orders under £75 - £7.95 Delivery Charge
For orders over £75 - Free delivery

Delivery levels are affected exclusive of VAT.

Delivery Restrictions and Additional Charges

Due to the Special Handling required by our Carriers, some products may incur an additional Delivery Charge. There are also a limited amount of products that are not available via Direct Mail Order. If your order contains products that will incur an extra charge or cannot be sent by Direct Mail Order, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail before your order is processed.

Remote Areas

For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, Next Day delivery is not available, delivery can take several days and a carrier surcharge of up to £15 may apply. Charges will be confirmed by e-mail at the time of ordering before your order is processed.

Post Codes for the Scottish Highlands that will incur extra carraige are as follows:

AB23, AB30-99, IV, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-41, PH49-50.
