One fan fits all with Vent-Axia's versatile new Lo-Carbon Quadra09/03/2009 Vent-Axia breaks new ground in unitary fan technology with the launch of its versatile, new Quadra – a domestic fan ideal for through-the-wall or ducted applications, which is equally well suited to kitchen, bathroom, toilet or utility room installation in new-build or retrofit applications. The multi-purpose Quadra is designed for social housing developments, as well as for retrofit projects. Meeting the requirements of Building Regulations Part F for intermittent fans (System 1) and continuous mechanical extract ventilation (System 3), Quadra provides a guaranteed installed performance thanks to an innovative switch ’n fit feature in the fan. As a SAP Appendix Q listed product, it will also help developers ensure their buildings meet carbon reduction targets under Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
