UFHFM25 - Thermolay Underfloor Heating Flexi-Mat 0.4x2.5m << Back Thermolay is an underfloor electric heating system which is installed under the finished surface of tiles or stone slabs. It makes the floor surface warm to the touch and supplements other heating in the same room. Flexi-Mat can be stretched lengthwise by 50% giving 110 to 160 W/m2. It requires the least work when laying with the same flexibility of layout as Thermolay Mat. UFHFM25 0.4m wide x 2.5m length – 1.0m2 to 1.5m2 area coverage.
